Mastering a skill takes time and energy. That’s why most people don’t master anything. Seriously, 80% of the population, or even more, live in a microwave mentality and want everything, money, health, happiness and peace in 2 minutes or less. Can you seriously think it’s possible?
To be really good at something, a specific skill, you need to focus and work on it for about 1 year. That seems to be the average. Some skills take more time. Some less.

I was working today on one of my limiting belief with NLP tools that I know are very effective to change attitudes and negative emotions in an instant.
As expected, I was a totally different person after 20 minutes of the initial exercise. My view of the world expanded and I felt more emotionally rich.
